Library Rules & Regulations

The College Library serves as a vital learning resource and is to be used with discipline and responsibility.

• Carry your ID card to enter the library and borrow books.
• Maintain silence at all times inside the library.
• Borrowers are responsible for the safe custody and timely return of books.
• Books may be borrowed for 14 days and renewed if not reserved by others.
• Overdue books will attract a fine per day as per library rules.
• In case of loss or damage, the borrower must replace the book or pay for it.
• Reference books, journals, and periodicals are not issued for home use.
• Use of mobile phones, eating, or loud conversation is strictly prohibited.
• Students must sign the Library Register at entry and exit.
• The library remains open during college hours, with extended hours in exams.
